After undergoing 4 ketamine treatments for chronic depression and anxiety, I have remarkably, felt so much better now. Both in physically and mentally, my depression has essentially "left" me and lifted my spirits so I feel human again. I am no longer so depressed that I feared my life might soon come to a screeching halt and every day seemed worse than before. Now I have no "harmful thoughts" or lack of hope for the future - it, so far, has been totally amazing.
