I absolutely love this place! I've been to a few different hydration places before but none was as painless and efficient as Tahoe Ketamine. Dr. Irwin was extremely throughout and detailed in explaining the process and answering all of my questions. He was extremely careful when locating a vein for the IV and the process was quick and pain free. The office is pristine, sanitary, and very professional. His office manager/assistant, Andrea, is friendly and kind, she made the booking/check-in process quick and simple.I immediately felt 1000 times better after I left and my skin was radiant, so you know the quality is top-notch.Can't wait to return!

A week after my Covid vaccine I still felt sluggish and tired. A friend told me that she had done a vitamin C hydration infusion and it helped her. So I made the appointment at Tahoe Ketamine. The whole experience was easy. I was able to fill out the medical forms online. The staff was friending and easy to talk to. The office is very clean and the rooms are comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Irwin was pleasant, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Afterwards, I felt like myself again! Thank you to Dr. Iwrin, Andrea and all your beautiful staff! I'll be back!

I received a wellness hydration infusion today at Tahoe Ketamine after having some back pain. After a week of not sleeping because of back muscle cramping I realized that I was probably really dehydrated. Tahoe Ketamine was very clean, quiet and very nicely decorated, with a very relaxing spa type atmosphere. I was treated with A+ professional service and the infusion took about 45 min and was completely painless. It was well worth it and I will definitely return. I could feel less pressure in my back muscles immediately and am so glad we have this service here in South Lake Tahoe. Thank you to Dr. Irwin and staff for all your help. See you again soon!

I loved Tahoe Ketamine Wellness & Infusion center. I had an infusion of hydration and vitamins to give me a little energy boost. Dr. Irwin was very comforting and professional. I was contacted by Andrea by phone and everything else was done on-line, so easy. The rooms are comfortable and relaxing. I will be back for a monthly infusion or if I ever have a little too much fun:)

Dr. Irwin and his kind assistant Andrea were so wonderful. They were inviting, professional and informative on what I was getting done and answered any questions I had. This was my first IV infusion and it was great. The office is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable to sit and relax while getting a treatment. I highly recommend them and will be going back in the near future. Thank you!!

I highly recommend Tahoe Ketamine Clinic. Dr. Irwin is knowledgeable and professional. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The office is clean and comfortable, and decorated nicely. This was my first experience with receiving an infusion and the entire process went very smoothly. I left the office feeling relaxed and hydrated. It even helped my neck pain to diminish. I look forward to returning for my next infusion!

After undergoing 4 ketamine treatments for chronic depression and anxiety, I have remarkably, felt so much better now. Both in physically and mentally, my depression has essentially "left" me and lifted my spirits so I feel human again. I am no longer so depressed that I feared my life might soon come to a screeching halt and every day seemed worse than before. Now I have no "harmful thoughts" or lack of hope for the future - it, so far, has been totally amazing. I am looking forward to continue working with Dr. Erwin and his staff at the Tahoe Ketamine Infusion Center. They are highly trained and compassionate professions that are promoting a new and promising way to fight depression. This is the 1st time in many years that I have felt so well. Finally - another avenue to good mental health and wellness has opened up for all seeking relief depression and anxiety.

Dr. Irwin was incredibly professional and a complete lifesaver! I arranged for him to come by our property on Saturday morning of a large bachelor party trip. He was painless, and the services worked great. We spent the rest of the day on the lake feeling brand new. I would highly recommend Tahoe Ketamine!

I was dehydrated and needed some fluids. I called Tahoe Ketamime Wellness Center and I was able to get an appointment... right away. Thanks to the center for accommodating me, I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip. If you are in the Tahoe area and you enjoy yourself to much, I would suggest a trip to get rehydrated.read more
