It was a great and relax experience, definitely recommended it and come back, Dr Irwin was really nice and helpful.

Very smooth and efficient center. My mother-in-law had high altitude sickness, and felt instantly better after the hydration drip. The entire family ended up getting hydration drips later that day, and we all felt so much better. The staff and doctor are great, kind people. Will go here again. Thank you.

I highly recommend Tahoe Ketamine Clinic. Dr. Irwin is knowledgeable and professional. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The office is clean and comfortable, and decorated nicely. This was my first experience with receiving an infusion and the entire process went very smoothly. I left the office feeling relaxed and hydrated. It even helped my neck pain to diminish. I look forward to returning for my next infusion!

After undergoing 4 ketamine treatments for chronic depression and anxiety, I have remarkably, felt so much better now. Both in physically and mentally, my depression has essentially "left" me and lifted my spirits so I feel human again. I am no longer so depressed that I feared my life might soon come to a screeching halt and every day seemed worse than before. Now I have no "harmful thoughts" or lack of hope for the future - it, so far, has been totally amazing. I am looking forward to continue working with Dr. Erwin and his staff at the Tahoe Ketamine Infusion Center. They are highly trained and compassionate professions that are promoting a new and promising way to fight depression. This is the 1st time in many years that I have felt so well. Finally - another avenue to good mental health and wellness has opened up for all seeking relief depression and anxiety.

Finding a B12 shot from a professional in Tahoe can be hard to come by so I was thrilled to discover Tahoe Ketamine offers this in their lineup of services. The office space is gorgeous too-very calming and clean. I would recommend to everyone!

A week after my Covid vaccine I still felt sluggish and tired. A friend told me that she had done a vitamin C hydration infusion and it helped her. So I made the appointment at Tahoe Ketamine. The whole experience was easy. I was able to fill out the medical forms online. The staff was friending and easy to talk to. The office is very clean and the rooms are comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Irwin was pleasant, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Afterwards, I felt like myself again! Thank you to Dr. Iwrin, Andrea and all your beautiful staff! I'll be back!

I was dehydrated and needed some fluids. I called Tahoe Ketamime Wellness Center and I was able to get an appointment right away. Thanks to the center for accommodating me, I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip. If you are in the Tahoe area and you enjoy yourself to much, I would suggest a trip to get rehydrated.

Wonderful experience. Dr Irwin is knowledgeable. It was very relaxing with spa music reclining lounge chairs and a blanket if cold. It was fast and easy !

I immediately felt 1000 times better after I left and my skin was radiant, so you know the quality is top-notch. Can't wait to return!

I had a little too much fun last night and woke up in need of some hydration. Thank goodness for this place! They got me in within an hour, consent forms and payment was taken care of before I arrived. Very clean and new facility. Andrea answered the phone and greeted me when I came in, super friendly and helpful. Dr Irwin made me feel really comfortable and made sure I was fully informed before starting treatment. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for some IV therapy!

Great treatment for chronic depression resistant to medication. 10+ years of searching for options. Finally found one that works. From the professional setting to the friendly, highly experienced anesthesiologist who can work together long distance with your psychiatrist, this place doesn't disappoint. Setting with leather-lazy boy and electronic candles + music helps as well to get settled and comfortable. Felt a lot better from session one, and have been able to sustain that with regular visits.

I have now had 5 treatments total and continue to feel much improved. I still do not dwell on previous morbid& unhealthy thoughts and it's been 5 (incredible) weeks of regained peace and serenity I never imagined would ever return to me. My moods are of "getting-out-of-the-way" and not sweating the small stuff. I am, again, engaging with friends in both letters, emails and phone calls and feel like I have something to offer some of those people with my new found hope. Just pray it continues and I'm an atheist.

I desperately needed an IV and Tahoe Ketamine was amazing they were able to come to me for a mobile IV within a few hours! I couldn't of had a better experience the doctor was so kind and explained everything to me!

I received a wellness hydration infusion today at Tahoe Ketamine after having some back pain. After a week of not sleeping because of back muscle cramping I realized that I was probably really dehydrated. Tahoe Ketamine was very clean, quiet and very nicely decorated, with a very relaxing spa type atmosphere. I was treated with A+ professional service and the infusion took about 45 min and was completely painless. It was well worth it and I will definitely return. I could feel less pressure in my back muscles immediately and am so glad we have this service here in South Lake Tahoe. Thank you to Dr. Irwin and staff for all your help. See you again soon!

Dr. Irwin was incredibly professional and a complete lifesaver! I arranged for him to come by our property on Saturday morning of a large bachelor party trip. He was painless, and the services worked great. We spent the rest of the day on the lake feeling brand new. I would highly recommend Tahoe Ketamine!

Absolute must! We got the mobile IV from Dr. Wes and he was great. We will definitely be using them again for a hotel house call when we come back to Tahoe!
