Why should I become a member?

Savings over purchasing IV hydration therapy individually are massive. The higher the membership level, the more you save!
What treatments are included in our VIP membership?
You can choose any of our IV hydration therapy infusions. Vitamin B12 injections are only administered at the time of IV hydration therapy sessions. They are not scheduled separately.
How do I join?
Sign-up by choosing which membership is best for you, click join, fill out your name and billing information and you are all set. We will set up your VIP membership and apply your discounts. Contact us by phone (530-208-9355) or email (info@tahoeketamine.com) if you have any questions before signing up.
Is there an initiation fee?
There is no initiation fee! We do require you to sign up for at least 3 months to receive your VIP benefits.
DO UNUSED sessions ROLL-OVER MONTHLY?
Yes! Any unused IVs or B12 sessions remain active in your account for three months after the month it was earned.
HOW DOES BILLING WORK?
Billing is monthly with an initial three-month commitment. If needed, we offer early cancellation with a $125 fee. After 3 months, you may contact our team at 530-208-9355 or info@tahoeketamine to cancel any time.
All IV memberships paid monthly will renew automatically month-to-month. For cancellations, holds, and/or changes to memberships for any reason, members must notify Tahoe Ketamine via phone (530-208-9355) or email at info@tahoeketamine.com at least 30 days prior to next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as subject heading of email. In turn, Tahoe Ketamine will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7) business days of the change.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY IV MEMBERSHIP?
Contact our team at info@tahoeketamine.com to cancel your IV membership plan. You may also speak with a team member at 530-208-9355.
Members must notify Tahoe Ketamine via phone (530-208-9355) or email at info@tahoeketamine.com at least 30 days prior to next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as subject heading of email. Tahoe Ketamine will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7) business days of the change.
At the time of membership cancellation, all unused membership sessions and discounts will be cancelled and lost permanently.
MAY I SUSPEND MY MEMBERSHIP INSTEAD?
Yes. IV membership plans may be temporarily suspended for up to three months.

Tahoe Ketamine will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7) business days of the change.
During your suspension period, you are still able to access your unused member benefits, but you will not be charged monthly or accrue additional sessions or benefits.
After your three month suspension, you must restart or cancel your membership.
CAN I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP CREDITS WITH SOMEONE?
No, unless you are a Platinum Member. Services are non-transferable, and IV drip hydration sessions must be used by the person to whom the membership is registered. Membership sessions may not be refunded as cash. Exceptions may be made by Tahoe Ketamine due to severe circumstances such as illness, pregnancy, or death.
How do I book an appointment online as a VIP member?

What if I need to cancel a booked appointment as a VIP?
Please call us (530-208-9355) or cancel online within 1 day of your appointment time. If you cancel less than 1 day in advance, your IV session will be deducted from your membership quota.
